He was predeceased by : his father Ray W. Chadwick Sr.. He is survived by : his mother Velma H. Chadwick of Havelock; his wife Dianne Chadwick; his children, Matthew (Nina) of Virginia Beach and Sarah (Wesley Deal) of Troutman, NC; his grandchildren, Drew, Caleb, Nathan of Virginia Beach, Gaven and Carley Deal of Mooresville; and his siblings, Jean Czernik of New Bern, Jim of Havelock and Tommy of Wilmington. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
