He is survived by: his wife Hazel Smith Warren; his sons, Michael "Mike" David Warren of Tennille and Christopher "Chris" Robinson Warren (Shelia Hollon); his sister Kathryn Warren Crawford of Fernandina Beach, FL; his sister-in-law Sue Smith Higginbotham of Kingsland, GA; his niece Beverly Brantley Stanley; and his nephews, Warren, Wallace Brantley and Keith Crawford.
