He was predeceased by: his father Neil Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Robin Rogers Palmer; his children, Robert "Robby" Neil Palmer, Luke Daniel Palmer (Cheyanne King), Annie Rebecca Palmer (Jared "Jerry" Gibson) and Robin "Grace" Palmer (Simon Hibbler); his mother Edna Palmer; and his sister Melissa Burrell (David Burrell). He is also survived by many cousins and close friends.
