He was predeceased by: his father Ray "Buster" Hannah; and his brother Mark Hannah. He is survived by: his wife Frances Hannah; his daughters, Candina Hannah and Melissa Hannah of Franklin, NC.; and his siblings, Robert Hannah (Peggy) and Kathy Harris (Jesse Harris).
