He was predeceased by: his father Earl Leon Norris. He is survived by: his mother Shelbia Hoyle Norris; his daughters, Tonya Cook, Danielle Martin and Jessica Fredell; and his siblings, Pam Norris Lovallo, Shane and Terry Norris.
