He is survived by: his children, Lori Wiggins (Donald Helms) of Waynesville and Michael Wiggins of Monroe; his grandchild Tristyn Wiggins of Asheville; and his siblings, Clarence Wiggins of Bryson City, Blake Wiggins (Wanda) of Monroe and Ruth Roberts (Tom) of Monroe.
