He is survived by: his daughters, Sylvia Howe (TD) and Nina Yontz; his grandchildren, Bryan Pender (Kali), Jessica Pender, Howe V and Kirk Decker (Kayla); his great grandchildren, Juniper Pender and Marty Decker; and his brother David Coltrain (Kathy).
