He was predeceased by: his mother Helen Kay Knowles; and his sister Tammy Knowles. He is survived by: his son Gage Knowles of Coats, NC; his sisters, Lisa Knowles of Angier, NC and Crystal Wade of Newport News, VA; his niece Valerie Campbell of Angier, NC; and his nephew Mark Campbell Jr. of Angier, NC.
