With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elsie Munden McLamb of Coats, North Carolina, who passed away on February 7, 2026 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnny D. Munden and Pauline Pollard Munden; her husband D. J. McLamb, Jr.; her son Tommy McLamb; and her siblings, J. D. Munden, Billy Munden, Carlton Munden and Doris.
She is survived by: her children, Danny McLamb and Sheila M. Underwood (Barry Allen); her daughter-in-law Sue McLamb; her grandchildren, Melissa McLamb, Stephen McLamb (Sarah), Kristie Sellers (A. J.), Alicia LaMotte (Phil), Jessica Johnson (T. J.), Melissa Auer (Geoff) and Kelsie Sarvis (Brian); her great grandchildren, Logan, Luke, Landen, Jaclyne, Davison, Jamie, Kinley, Gabriel, Nathaniel, Aubrey, Lexi and James; and her brother Wayne Munden (Barbara). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Flowers are welcomed; however, memorials may be made to Red Hill Pentecostal Free Will Baptist Church in Coats in memory of Mrs. Elsie M. McLamb.
