He is survived by: his wife Doris Johnson Nolan; his children, Karen Michalski of Glencoe, Kentucky, Pamela Jabbour (AJ) of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Patrick Sowers (Laura) of Erlanger, Kentucky, Michael Nolan of Florence, Kentucky, Barbara Nolan Jones (Jeff) of Union and Robert Nolan (Rebecca) of Villa Hills, Kentucky.; and his stepchildren, Curry Meece (Sarah), Greg Meece (Lynn), Mark Meece (Kim), Les Samuels (Djuanna), Ellen Samuels (Lee), Brad Samuels (Cindy) and Elizabeth Hamilton. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
