She was predeceased by: her parents, Saint Elmo Caroon and Annie Beatrice Edwards Caroon; her husband Louis T. O'Neal, Jr.; and her siblings, S. E., Jim, Bob, Reg, Darrell, Cash, Tom and Hellen.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Douglas Barkley (Paula) of Franklinton, NC, Stuart Paul O'Neal (Sharon) of Coinjock, NC, Deborah O. Williams (Ronnie) of Chesapeake, VA and Kathy O. Ringer (Butch) of Coinjock, NC. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
