He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hubert Harrell and Glena Todd Harrell; and his brother Jimmy Clayton Harrell. He is survived by: his wife Linda Jernigan Harrell; his children, James Linwood "Jamie" Harrell and Susan Lynn Harrell; his granddaughter Bobbi Lynne Dunlow of Ahoskie; and his brother William Eley "Billy" Harrell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Flowers are welcome but encouraged to make memorial donations to St. Jude Children's Hospital, Shriners for Children, Samaritans Purse or Samantha Ross Hoggard Memorial Scholarship Fund c/o Ross Baptist Church.
