It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cindy Lou Ruffin of Colerain, North Carolina, who passed away on December 26, 2020, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Green Ruffin and Virginia "Sis" Perry Ruffin. She is survived by: her siblings, Deressa Miller of Hopewell, VA, Marilyn Holloman of Ahoskie, NC and William Terry Ruffin (Joyce) of Jamaica, NY; her nieces and nephews, Mark Ruffin, Cynthia Ruffin, Jackie Taylor, Crystal Perry, Ashley Perry, Jaquita Ruffin, Jason Ruffin and Tobias Ruffin; her grandchildren, Montario, Mariah, Zaria and Kayla; and also, Howard and Lori Hunter. She is also survived by cousins and many, many friends.
