It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hilda Hoggard (Colerain, North Carolina), who passed away on October 22, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Hilda Hoggard to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Allie Nicholson Baker and Elmer John Baker; her husband Raymond Rufus Hoggard; and her siblings, E. J. Baker, Johnny G. Baker, Marvin Baker, Elmer Grey Evers, Edith Bryant and Inez Robertson.
She is survived by: her children, Carroll Hoggard (Joyce), Phyllis Edwards (Jimmy) and Penny White (Ed); her grandchildren, Stephanie Hoggard, Gayle Bartlett (Kevin), Jimmie Edwards (Crystal Cross), Shannon Langreck (Matt) and Maggie Chism (Jeffery); and her great grandchildren, Travis Edwards, Zack Edwards, Eli Langreck, Presley Langreck, Greyson Chism and Emory Chism.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hillcrest Cemetery (2517 NC-45, Colerain, NC 27924).
