He is survived by: his wife Paulette Temple Pierce; his children, Kristi Pierce Shupe (Eric) of Wingate and Jimmy Gray Pierce, III of Colerain; his granddaughters, Hannah and Norah Shupe; and his brother Randy Pierce (Carol) of Colerain.
