It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lonnie Gray Brown of Colerain, North Carolina, who passed away on July 28, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Zebedee and Minnie Britton Brown; his wife Rebecca Flanagan Brown; his siblings, JB, Coy, Helen Pearce and Pansy Storey; and his pet Troubles.
He is survived by: his son Dennis G. Brown (Margaret) of Grayslake, IL; his granddaughters, Mary Keller (Ryan) of Mundelein, IL and Betsy McKay (Jason) of Gaithersburg, MD; his great grandchildren, Catherine, Olivia, Margaret and Charlotte; and his brother Howard Brown (Alice). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
