It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul Sutton Pierce of Colerain, North Carolina, who passed away on April 6, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Pierce and Aquila Jacob Pierce; his wife Carol Jean Pierce; his son Timothy Pierce; his daughter-in-law Jean Copeland Pierce; and his siblings, Doris Pearl Pierce, Maise P. Bowman, David Cola Pierce, Raleigh Edward Pierce, Aquila Jacob Pierce, Hugh Richard Pierce, Lewis Lee Pierce and William Henry Pierce.
He is survived by: his sons, Kent Pierce and Michael Pierce; his grandchildren, Jacob Pierce, Ellie Pierce and Angela Pierce; and his siblings, Mary Rose Thorne and John W. Pierce.
