She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmett Thomas and Izola Silvers Thomas; her husband Daniel Thomas Blue, Jr. of Midshipman's School; her son Robert G. Blue; and her sister Lorene T. Frazier.
She is survived by: her children, Bill Blue (Becky) and Trisha Blue (Don Medina); her grandchildren, Todd Blue (Monica), Ridgely Samuel (David), Tom Blue (Brittany), Elliot Blue (Lauren), Graham Blue Donald Medina, Jr. (Meredith) and Dominic Medina; her great grandchildren, Victoria Blanco-Pineda, Matteo Blue-Pineda, Claire Samuel, Mary Rives Samuel, Kennedy Blue, Dixie Rose Blue, Fischer Jack Blue, Dillon Medina (Kaitlyn) and Demarie Medina; and her great great grandchild Graham Medina.
