She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edward Hornung and Faye Kopenhaver Hornung; her brother Steve Hornung; her husband Donald G Gies Jr.; her granddaughter Gwendolyn Gies; her children, Donald Gerard Gies III and Gwendolyn Michelle Gies; and her brother Edward Hornung. She was also cherished by many extended family members and friends.
