We bid farewell to Wayne Cadick of Colfax, North Carolina, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 2, 2025 at the age of 71. Wayne touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. As Wayne departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Wayne. Though Wayne may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Denby Eugene and Hazel Irene Zimmerman Cadick; and his sister Gail Yates Crandel. He is survived by: his wife Betty White; his daughter Molly Cadick Martin (Kyle) of Colfax; his granddaughters, Hazel Gail Martin and Flora Lynn Martin; and his children, O. Box and First United Methodist Church.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, July 6th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Jamestown United Methodist Church (403 E Main St, Jamestown, NC 27282). Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the same location.
