He was predeceased by: his parents, Creston M. Simmons, Sr. and Doris Brickhouse Simmons; and his wife Pamela Lee Ward. He is survived by: his sons, Jonathan Bradford Arnold (Paulette) of Edenton and Cory Blake Arnold of Columbia; his sisters, Cynthia S. Swain (Everette) of Columbia and Beth S. Swain (Jeff) of Columbia; his grandchildren, Cameryn Arnold, JT Arnold and Michael Arnold; and his siblings' children, Hunter Swain (Lacie), Richard Swain (Rebekah), Ashley S. Hux (Andy) and Stacie Shands. He is also survived by ten grandnieces and grandnephews.
