She was predeceased by: her parents, Seymour Ray and Ona V. Jenrette Ray; her husband Herbert H. White; her children, Sharon D. White and Herbert Ray "Bimbo" White; and her grandson William J. White.
She is survived by: her son William S. White (Connie) of Fuquay-Varina, NC; her daughter-in-law Lisa White; her grandchildren, Herbert R. White II (Molly), Bill Gore (Anna), Whitney White, Kelly White, Bobbie McManus (Mike), Dawn McMillan, Lindsey Wallace and Ashley Farmer; and her great grandchildren, Colten Farmer, Hayden White, Barrett White, Will Gore, Grace Gore, Emily Wallace, Hannah McManus and Wyatt McMillan.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Western Prong Baptist Church (167 Peacock Rd, Whiteville, NC 28472). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
