She is survived by: her husband Greville Brent Lee Haslam; her children, Beth Klontza (Leo) of Agios Nicolaos and Jeff Haslam (Kim Henry) of Columbus, NC; her brother-in-law Alexander Haslam of Washington, DC; her grandsons, George Klontzas (Eleni) of Agios Nikolaos and Alec Klontzas of Irvine, CA; and her great grandchild Mary Klontza of Agios Nikolaos.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of the Carolina Foothills, Polk County Meals on Wheels or Foothills Humane Society Animal Shelter.
