He was predeceased by : his parents, Ruff Helton of Kansas and Uzzell Helton; and his brothers, Morris (Bill) and Walt. He is survived by : his sisters, Lois Kay, Ruby, Emojean, Faye and Sharon; his wife Jean; his children, Lachiel, Gerrard, Yvette, Wendy and Michael; and his stepchildren, Donald, Dorothy and Neil.
