He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester Turner and Lizzie Turner. He is survived by: his wife Lavonda Prince Turner; his stepdaughter Tammy M. Owens (James) of Rutherfordton; and his granddaughter Amber Fowler (Willie) of Forest City. He is also survived by eight great- grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
