She was predeceased by: her parents, Norris Edgar Smith, Jr. and Hazel Wilde Smith. She is survived by: her husband Charles Muse; her sons, Tim Muse (Lori) and Brad Muse (Tina); her grandchildren, Rustin Muse, Tyler Muse (Elvira) and Sara Muse; her great grandchild Celiana Jayne Muse; her sisters, Sylvia Smith Menard and Sara Smith Horton (Dennis); her sister-in-law Nancy Muse McNeely (Joe); and her nephew John Menard III. She is also survived by Her husband, sons and daughters-in-law.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Polk Memorial Gardens (700 W Mills St, Columbus, NC 28722).
