He was predeceased by: his father Andrew Pope, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Addie Lee Deloatch; his children, Andrew Pope IV of Gaithersburg Maryland and Andrea Pope of Gaithersburg Maryland; his grandchildren, Raquel Pope, Smourya Pope and Andrew Pope V; and his siblings, Linda Lewis of Murfreesboro, Amanda Pope of Murfreesboro, Connie Deloatch, Virgie Deloatch, Cathy Futrell (Darrell), E. Lee "Ed" Turner (Shahlen) and Rebecca "Becky" Buck. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mt. Sinai Baptist Church (346 Boones Bridge Rd, Como, NC 27818). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
