He is survived by: his wife Cissy Vinson Jones; his son Timothy (Tammie); his grandson Mason of Chesapeake, Virginia; his daughter Tammy (Azhar); his grandchildren, David, Adeel and Adil of Newport News, Virginia; his children, Jeremy of Portsmouth, Virginia and E. J. (Chrystal); his grandchildren, Benjamin, Haisley and Kaden of Como; his son Aaron; his grandchildren, Noah and Skylar of Moyock; his sister Carol Janto of Palmyra; his sister-in-law Georgie (Herb) of Chesapeake, VA; his niece Kehyonha (Stephanie); and his nephew Trey. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 17th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Buckhorn Baptist Church (1243 US-258, Como, NC 27818). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, May 17th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Sunday, May 17th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the Buckhorn Baptist Church Cemetery (1243 US-258, Como, NC 27818).
