She was predeceased by: her parents, O. Rush Suther and Viola Cochran Suther; and her daughter-in-law Ellen J. Long. She is survived by: her children, Daphne L. Rankin (Richard) of Richmond, Virginia and William B. "Chuck" Long III of Lewisville; and her aunt Betty P. Suther. She is also survived by three grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; two sisters.
