For Anthony is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his father Richard Walter Witt; his stepfather Jack Basting; and his wife Paula Lund Witt. He is survived by: his mother Jo Anne Salgado-Basting; his sons, Dalton Witt (Kadyn Parrish) and Tyler Witt (Rene); his brothers, Todd Witt and Jon Witt (Winnie); his nephews, Noah and Anthony; his niece Alia; and his close friend Kathy Schiske-Nearhood.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Whitley's Funeral Home (1748 Dale Earnhardt Blvd, Kannapolis, NC 28083). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Carolina Memorial Park (601 Mt Olivet Rd, Concord, NC 28025).
