He was predeceased by: his father Anthony Samuel Santillo, Sr.; his wife Diane Brashaw Santillo; and his siblings, Shirley Stevenson, Lewis Santillo and Sammy Santillo.
He is survived by: his children, Josephine Riveria, Renee Bates, Toni Ann, Anthony Santillo, Jr., Michael Santillo Timmy Santillo and Gregory Santillo; and his sister Frances Copa. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
