It is with sadness that the passing of Betty Towell of Concord, North Carolina is shared. Betty, born on March 14, 1931, passed away on July 1, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther McKinley Morrison and Agnus Elizabeth Brewer Morrison; her husband Johnny Towell; and her brothers, Bobby, Nolan, Junior and Thomas Morrison.
She is survived by: her daughters, Janice Allen (Tony) of Clevland, TN., Judy Johnson (Sonny) of Brewton, AL. and Julie Tennis (Patrick) of Concord, NC; her grandchildren, Emily Phillips, Kristen Calestini, Jevon Wade (Emily), Josh Wade (Danielle), Jamie Johnson, Diana McQuaig, Ryan Tennis (Casey), Jenna Phillips (Glenn) and Ashton Tennis (Savannah); and her brothers, Harold Morrison (Jeanette) and Ronnie Morrison (Janet). She is also survived by eighteen great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren.
