She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Rogers and Orionona McKelvey; her husband Raymond Kwiatkowski; her siblings, Richard Converse and Cheryl Wiggins; and her son Edward Gomes.

She is survived by: her children, Beverly Adams (Johnny Adams) of Concord, Joyce Gomes of Ocala, FL, Joaquin Gomes III of Bronson, FL and Jack Gomes of Horseshoe Beach, FL. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
