He was predeceased by: his father Timothy Dale Parker. He is survived by: his mother Donna Simmons Parker; his brother Shawn Parker (Connie) of Salisbury; and his nieces and nephews, Payton Parker, Julia Chapman, Madelyn Cook and Nathan Cook.
