He is survived by: his mother Melissa Ann Neils; his daughter Alivia Leona Costner; his grandfather Tony William Miller (Eva); his siblings, Jajuan Costner, Myles Neils, Shamika Dalton, Teara Neils and Armoni Neils; his nephew Eric Grant; his nieces, Gianni Neils and Nahla Neils; his aunts and uncles, Ali A. Azizhakim, Tony Miller, Jr., Donald Miller (Brenda), Solomon Campbell (Shirley), Ricky Campbell, Suprena Gibbs, Ernestine Merchant, Peggy Moore (Clyde), Sue Gray, Annie Tatum, Phyllis Morrison, Nadine Morrison and Lucille Miller; his cousins, Kobe Goodson, Courtney Mayfield, Jr., Jaylen Jones, Desiree Mayfield, Toni Jones, Jasmine Jones, Jatanna Jones, Brazeek Jones and Egypt Jones; and his close friends, Taqueena Reid and Erin Kendall.
