She was predeceased by: her parents, Carol Maurer Dorst and Lawrence R. "Larry" Dorst; and her brother Ronald Dorst. She is survived by: her husband Walter Shields Vuchnich of Concord; her children, Nicholas Vuchnich of Los Angeles, Robin Vuchnich of Clarksville and Alex Vuchnich of Charlotte; her grandchildren, Dashiell Mattox-Vuchnich of Winston-Salem, Cora Mattox-Vuchnich of Winston-Salem, Viviana Vuchnich of Charlotte and Olivia Vuchnich of Charlotte; her siblings-in-law, Clarice Dorst of Plano, Texas and Mark McCoyne of Toledo, Ohio; and her nephews, Jeff Dorst of Austin and Doug Dorst of Dallas, Texas. She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
