She was predeceased by: her husband Wayne Holt Moore; her parents, Tillman Culp and Betty Jo Culp; her brothers, Ronnie and Joe Culp; and her son Wallace Moore.
She is survived by: her sister Ann C Efird; her children, Michael Moore (Melody), Lori Hubbard (Jason) and Beverly Crumpler (Donald); her daughter-in-law Lee Moore; her grandchildren, Jeremy Talbert, Lindsey Eudy (Daniel), Jason Talbert, Mason Moore, Ashley Moore (Nick), Jamie Crumpler and Josh Horton; and her great grandchildren, Tenley Eudy, Zane Eudy, Ryder Talbert and Finn Moore. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
