She was predeceased by: her parent Sydney Johnson; her brothers, Jerry, Charlie and Earl Latham; and her husband George T. Odom.
She is survived by: her children, David Lee Odom of Stockbridge and Lisa Rae Odom of Concord, NC; her grandsons, Devon Odom, Dav'var Odom and Arin Westcott Jr.; her great grandchildren, Ahmad and Ahmir Odom'; her sisters-in-law, Jackie Latham, Mona Lathan of Jackson Mississippi and Cornelia Bradshaw of Bronx; and her friend Barbara Sinkfield. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Calendar Wilkinson Funeral Home (100 Branchview Dr NE, Concord, NC 28025). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
