He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Hartsell and Nellie Jane Hartsell. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Hartsell; his sons, Cecil Roger Hartsell Jr., Anthony Wayne Hartsell (Victoria) and Payne Lee Hartsell (Brandee); and his sister Donnie Hartsell. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
