He is survived by: his parents, Brenda Dailey and Pat Merritt (Dianna); his brother Pat Merritt; his nieces, Cora, Isabel and Raquel Merritt; and his cousin Russell Dailey.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Salisbury National Cemetery (501 Statesville Blvd, Salisbury, NC 28144).
