He is survived by: his children, Rusty "Russ" Grimes (Birtie), Brenda Key (David), David Grimes, Teresa Kriedeman (Keith), Sherry Kemp, Benny Shaw (Belinda), Barry Shaw (Dana) and Mike Shaw (Brenda). He is also survived by several loving grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Pitts Baptist Church (140 Pitts School Rd NW, Concord, NC 28027). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at the Pitts Baptist Church Cemetery (140 Pitts School Rd NW, Concord, NC 28027).
