She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lee Witherspoon and Elva Marie Thompson Witherspoon. She is survived by: her husband Ernest James Bost; her daughters, Crystal Bost of Concord and Dr. LaSean Robinson (Kenneth) of Pfafftown, NC; her grandchildren, Harmony Houston, Amaris Houston, Kenneth Robinson, II, Kristian Robinson and Kennedi Robinson; her siblings, Barbara McKinley of Durham, NC, Aneesah Shakoor of Salisbury, NC and Paris Witherspoon (Karen) of Charlotte, NC; and also, Todd Franklin, John Wilson, Margaret Alexander and Mona Gatlin. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
