It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Cynthia Setzer Rufty (Concord, North Carolina), who passed away on July 14, 2025, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Priscilla Setzer and Elsie White Setzer; and her sister Priscilla "Pris" Setzer Hutchison (Daren). She is survived by: her children, David "Michael" Rufty (Carrie), Allison Rufty Heafner (Luke) and Lisa Rufty Brown (Drew); and her grandchildren, Gavin Rufty, Mason Rufty, Ethan Brown, Owen Brown, Taylor Rufty, Kendall Heafner and Kinsley Heafner.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the Flow-Harris Presbyterian Church (308 Winecoff School Rd, Concord, NC 28027). A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
