He is survived by: his daughters, Donna Hinson Brown (Jeff) of Concord, Nancy Carol Hinson (Grady Privette) of Zebulon, NC and Laura Jo Hinson of Concord; his nephew Darrell Wayne Coble; his grandchildren, Zachary Jackson Brown (Toni), Dakota Bland "Kody" Rice (Mallory) and Kory Nicole Rice Kebea (Brandon); and his great grandchildren, Parker Griffin Rice, Maddox Robert Kebea and Jackson Bowie Brown.
