He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Paul Talbert and Margie Gay Love Talbert; and his brother Ricky Talbert. He is survived by: his wife Donna Goins Talbert; his daughters, Ashley Meendering (Jeff) and Rhiannon Talbert; and his grandchildren, Jordan Hood, Jeff Meendering Jr. and Nathan Meendering.
He made significant contributions to his community through his work as an auto upholstery business owner and crane operator.
