He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Anthony Lenzer Sr. and Gertrude Anna Lenzer; his wife Margaret Ann Lenzer; his son Tommy Lenzer; and his brother Frankie Lenzer.
He is survived by: his children, Sandy Furr (Tim), Tammy Wallace (Rodney), Lori Marsh (Mike) and Edward Lenzer III (Melissa); his grandchildren, Ashley VanAllen (Jim), Clay Bailey, Justin Wallace, Eddie Lenzer, Taylor Weiss (JD), Brittany Bailey, Kody Lenzer, Timmy Furr (Megan), Chase Wallace and Zoey Lenzer; his sisters, Ginger Brausch, Jeanne Lenzer and Beverly Mayhugh; and his sister-in-law Darbara Fritzwater. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 15th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:45 PM at the Hartsell Funeral Home - Concord (460 Branchview Dr NE, Concord, NC 28025). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 15th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord (460 Branchview Dr NE, Concord, NC 28025). A burial will be held on Friday, May 15th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Carolina Memorial Park - Kannapolis (601 Mt Olivet Rd, Concord, NC 28025).
