She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Robert Blane Lisk and Annie Elizabeth Blackwelder Lisk; her husband Rev. Robert Eugene Blackwelder; her son Rev. Robin Dwayne Blackwelder; and her siblings, Eva Ann Blackwelder, Betty Marie Furr and Rev. Donald Lisk.

She is survived by: her children, Keith Blackwelder of Concord, Rev. Billy Blackwelder (Terri) of Concord and Muriel Blackwelder Dellinger of Harrisburg; her grandchildren, Steven Blackwelder (Christy Bush), Tracy Fowler (Josh), Johnny Dellinger (Sabrina) and Joshua Blackwelder; and her great grandchildren, Dylan, Cash, Hank, Scarlett, Beau, Silas and River.
