She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Preston Garris and Mildred Mary Hammond Garris; her husband Daniel William Kee Sr.; her children, Daniel William Kee Jr., Donnie Leroy Kee and Teresa Kee Helms; and her granddaughter Angela Elizabeth Morgan.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Seth Kee of Concord, Trent Morgan of China Grove, Nikki Greeson (Chris) of Oakboro and Allison Kee of Concord. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.
