He is survived by: his parents, Francis Chapman "Chap" Tuttle, Sr. and Nocoleta "Nokie" Lewis Tuttle; his wife Rosellen Harrington Tuttle; his children, Tabitha Lynn Northway of Wilmington, Angel Marie Hope (Tyler Shoemaker) of Kannapolis, Savannah Smiles Tuttle, Mitchell Jackson of Concord and Justin Chase Tuttle of Concord; his grandchildren, Isabella Grace James, Emersyn Rose, Gavin Brown, Roman Tuttle and Blake Tuttle; and his sister Janet Luckhaupt (Brad) of Lakeland, Florida. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Central United Methodist Church.
