He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Allen Wheeler Sr. and Shirley Chiamonte; and his wife Doris Jean Wheeler. He is survived by: his sister Linda Caradonna; his son Francis Allen Wheeler III; his daughter-in-law Santa Illuzzi Wheeler; his daughter Tammy Wheeler Havener; his grandchildren, Blake, Alexx, Marra, Jake, Stephen and Kaden of Kara, AJ; his granddaughter-in-law Heather; and his grandchildren, Zarra and Shannon. He is also survived by nieces nephews and treasured great grandchildren.
